We hereby inform you that from today also the new form for handling the reimbursement requests after theft, damage or loss of shipments is active online among the others.

In case such shipments were not covered by special full insurances (like All Risk, which has to be made before shipping the goods) we can assist you by processing the request for reimbursement to the various couriers, as written in their general terms and conditions, which provides for compensation of 1 € / kg (standard courier liability).

From now on, you can access the PVS portal directly from the following link: and fill in the required fields, within 7 days from the statement of the problem.

This will allow our operators to receive accurate and immediate notification of your request, which will be processed automatically within a short time.
