PVS Services Italia S.r.l., with headquarters in Parma, is the Italian branch of PVS Fulfilment Service GmbH (Neckarsulm, Germany). PVS is a European leader in the e-commerce, Fulfilment and Customer Service (call center) sectors, offering services for small and large-sized companies.
Our company is able to offer the following services:
- Storage, Pick & Pack, Preparation of orders of goods through our warehouses located in Europe.
- Shipping of goods all over the world by express and ordinary courier services.
- Management of returns through our warehouses located in Europe;
- Management of numerous payment forms linked to the ecommerce website (cash on delivery);
- Management of numerous specific and dedicated services for the most demanding clientele;
PVS SERVICES ITALIA S.R.L., which forms part of an Important International Network called Fulfillment-4-Europe (www.f4e-fulfillment.com/index.it.htm)
boasts a warehouse with more then 30,000m² located in Parma (www.lagiovane.it).
Founded in 2012, PVS SERVICES ITALIA S.R.L. has its headquarters in Parma in Strada A di Gainago 2/A, Località Gainago 43056 – Torrile (PR), Italy.
PVS Services Italia is owned by 3 shareholders who guarantee the highest quality and professionality of all the services offered:
- 50% owned by PVS Fulfillment Service GmbH, a logistics company headquartered in Neckarsulm (Stuttgart, Germany) and active in the industry since 1991.
- 45% owned by La Giovane S.c.p.A., a cooperative society based in Parma and active in the logistics industry since 1973 with about 1,000 member-employees.
- 5% owned by Beck Gruppe, with over 600 employees at 10 locations in Europe, is a leading company in business process outsourcing
