With reference to the previous Newsletter dated 19th of April 2018, we herewith confirm that PVS Services Italia Srl has started the new Portal “EXTRA SHIPMENTS” to provide a new important service.
Starting from Tuesday the 1st of May 2018 all Customers / Partners will have to use PVS Portal to send any request about extra shipment, that can be reached through the Customer Area:
We precise that we consider “EXTRA SHIPMENTS”:
– all those shipments that have not indicated PVS warehouses either between senders or recipients
– all those particular case and courier rates that might not be considered or agreed on contract (pallet shipments, or any particular shipment in detail).
We also remind to our Clients that agreed rates are based on the data provided at the time of the request.
PVS will reserve the right to charge any additional costs due to differences in weight / measures / number compared to what was previously informed.
