With reference to the previous Newsletter dated 28.07.2017, we herewith confirm that PVS Services Italia S.r.l. successfully completed the testing phase of the new Ticketing System (CRM) which allows you to manage more effectively and timely the flow of information and requests between Merchants / Clients and the different departments of PVS, as Operations, Informatics, Customer Service and Internal Administration, in order to improve Customer Satisfaction always more.

Starting from tomorrow, 22.08.2017, every request for information must be sent through this ticketing system (CRM), accessible from our website at the following link:

This will be necessary to properly convey the incoming Ticket to the designed persons, who can handle them immediately and efficiently.
