With reference to the previous Newsletter dated 19^th of April 2018, we herewith confirm that PVS Services Italia Srl has started the new Portal “EXTRA SHIPMENTS” to provide a new important service.

Starting from Tuesday the 1^st of May 2018  all Customers / Partners will have to use PVS Portal to send any request about extra shipment, that can be reached through the Customer Area:
http://trasportiextra.pvsservicesitalia.it/en/

We precise that we consider “EXTRA SHIPMENTS”:
–           all those shipments that have not indicated PVS warehouses either between senders or recipients
–             all those particular case and courier rates that might not be considered or agreed on contract (pallet shipments, or any particular shipment in detail).

We also remind to our Clients that agreed rates are based on the data provided at the time of the request.
PVS will reserve the right to charge any additional costs due to differences in weight / measures / number compared to what was previously informed.

We hereby inform you that from today also the new form for handling the reimbursement requests after theft, damage or loss of shipments is active online among the others.

In case such shipments were not covered by special full insurances (like All Risk, which has to be made before shipping the goods) we can assist you by processing the request for reimbursement to the various couriers, as written in their general terms and conditions, which provides for compensation of 1 € / kg (standard courier liability).

From now on, you can access the PVS portal directly from the following link: https://pvsservicesitalia.it/en/refund-management/ and fill in the required fields, within 7 days from the statement of the problem.

This will allow our operators to receive accurate and immediate notification of your request, which will be processed automatically within a short time.

With reference to the previous Newsletter dated 28.07.2017, we herewith confirm that PVS Services Italia Srl has started the new Portal “Goods Discharge Reservation”, with the aim of better planning its warehouse activities.

Starting from Monday the 28.08.2017, all Customers / Partners will have to book the arrival of their goods (or goods arriving by their suppliers) through the PVS portal, that can be reached through the Customer Area: https://pvsservicesitalia.it/en/goods-discharge-reservation/

Through this portal the Customer / Partner will get a Discharge Reservation Number (NPS) that has to be indicated in the Cargo Documents (such as Bill of Lading) of the incoming goods and communicated to the carrier too.

Without the above procedure, the goods won’t be unloaded.

All this will be necessary, as stated above, in order to allow a better organization of the warehouse and thus increase the efficiency of the services offered.

With reference to the previous Newsletter dated 28.07.2017, we herewith confirm that PVS Services Italia S.r.l. successfully completed the testing phase of the new Ticketing System (CRM) which allows you to manage more effectively and timely the flow of information and requests between Merchants / Clients and the different departments of PVS, as Operations, Informatics, Customer Service and Internal Administration, in order to improve Customer Satisfaction always more.

Starting from tomorrow, 22.08.2017, every request for information must be sent through this ticketing system (CRM), accessible from our website at the following link: https://pvsservicesitalia.it/supporto-e-ticket/

This will be necessary to properly convey the incoming Ticket to the designed persons, who can handle them immediately and efficiently.
