been secured on departure.<\/p>\n<p>In case it has not and in absence of an insurance cover related to this shipment, we can help you by processing the refund request as declared in the general conditions of the courier, who will provide for a compensation of 1 \u20ac \/ kg (standard couriers liability).<\/p>\n<p>We also remind you that this procedure has to be started no later than 7 days
